However, other shadows remain stagnant because the wind might not be so strong there. So, they are denser when there is enough moisture, air crystals, and water droplets in these clouds.
But in many cases, the clouds may also start to move against the wind. In such cases, rain occurs. As such, it may also refer to cold weather at some point.
Generally, clouds can move 30 to 120 miles per hour. But that also depends upon many other factors like the circumstance and the form of a cloud responsible for analyzing the speed.

How Far are Clouds From the Earth?
